1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Duel ("the platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing a wager you confirm that you accept these terms in full. Duel operates under an Anjouan gaming licence (number ALSI-202411026-FI1). Anjouan is an offshore jurisdiction located outside the EEA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if higher, to use Duel. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not accept players from territories where our services are restricted by law or by our licence.

3. Your account

You may hold one account only. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. While Duel operates a low-friction model with no mandatory KYC up to $2,000 per day in withdrawals, we may request identity verification at any time to comply with our licence and anti-fraud obligations. Accounts opened with false information may be closed and balances withheld pending review.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Duel is a crypto-first casino. Deposits and withdrawals are processed on-chain; on-chain settlement times depend on the network and are outside our control. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect transaction details supplied by you.

5. Rakeback and bonuses

Duel offers rakeback instead of a traditional welcome bonus. Rakeback rates, qualifying products and payout schedules are described on the relevant promotion pages and may be updated from time to time. Any bonus, promotion or rakeback may not be combined with abusive play; we reserve the right to void rewards obtained through fraud, collusion or exploitation of errors.

6. Provably fair games

Duel originals use provably fair mechanics. You can independently verify the fairness of each round using the seeds provided. Third-party slots and live games operate under their providers' own certified random number generators.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, regulation or our services. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
