Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) Policy
Our commitment
Duel is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. We operate a risk-based AML programme aligned with the obligations of our Anjouan gaming licence (ALSI-202411026-FI1).
Risk-based monitoring
Although standard play does not require KYC up to $2,000 per day in withdrawals, all activity is subject to automated and manual monitoring. On-chain crypto transactions are screened for patterns associated with laundering, structuring or sanctioned addresses.
Verification triggers
We may request identity verification and source-of-funds information when withdrawal thresholds are exceeded, when activity is unusual or high-risk, or where we are legally obliged to verify a player. We may pause transactions until checks are complete.
Reporting and records
Suspicious activity is reviewed and, where required, reported to the relevant authorities. We keep transaction and verification records for the period required by law and our licence.
Sanctioned and restricted parties
We do not knowingly do business with sanctioned individuals or entities, or with players in prohibited jurisdictions. Accounts found in breach may be suspended and funds frozen pending investigation.
